Schedule of Classes

​What to Wear?
For a typical workout you will be fine wearing comfortable shoes, shorts and shirt.  Don't feel like you need specialty gear to complete a workout.  
We also encourage you to bring along a water bottle.

CrossFit class focuses on the 10 elements of fitness and is designed for all fitness levels. It includes an optional skill training session after the workout.

Yoga class is geared towards members who are looking to compliment, and maximize your WODs with improved mobility, balance, functional strength, body, and breath awareness.

Endurance class focuses on sustaining performance over longer fitness efforts.

S.T.E.A.M. (Strength, Training, Elements, Agility, Mobility)
The purpose of the STEAM classes will be to focus on technique and form.  The Coach will work with you to improve your function and mobility on the core elements of CrossFit with the goal to maximize growth.

​Week 1: Gymnastics (on the performance pyramid it comes before strength training and it's a good way to emphasize core engagement)
Week 2: Squats > air squat > front squat > OH squat AND Deadlifts > deadlift > SDHP 
Week 3: Shoulders > strict press > push press > push jerk
Week 4: Med Ball Cleans, Kettlebell Swings, Cleans, and Snatches
*New and veteran members are all encouraged to attend these sessions. Feel free to jump in at any point, classes will cycle.

Elements class is intended for new members who are working to build their fitness foundation or current members who want to refine their skills. The elements class will cover the movements and skills used on a daily basis.

SNOW DAY: If Canon City schools calls for a 2-hour Delay there will be no 5am or 5:45am classes, first class will be 6:30.  If there is a snow day there will only be a 9am and 4pm classes ONLY.  Check status HERE
